Exhibitors and Colleges

We would like to invite you to participate in the César E. Chávez Leadership Conference College and Career Fair. This conference is open to Latino high school students from Multnomah, Washington, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Linn-Benton and Clackamas Counties. Our goal with this conference is to provide information, motivation and an opportunity for Latino students to gain skills to help them prepare for the future. This is the largest Latino high school student leadership conference in the state of Oregon. Last year approximately 1800 students participated in this event. The March 3rd, 2017 Cesar E. Chavez Leadership Conference schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The College/Career Fair will begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM, including a lunch break. The College/Career Fair will be one of the sessions that students will be REQUIRED to attend.

  • The regular exhibitor registration fee is $350.00. This fee will cover your table and two lunches. You may purchase additional lunches for $10. The income we generate from these fees goes toward our scholarship fund.

We are asking that you check in in room 108 of the NPE Building (there will be a check in table for exhibitors) prior to setting up your table. Check in and Set-up will be between 9:00 – 9:50am in the New Physical Education Building/Rm 108 so that you can be ready for the first session at 10:00am. The sessions will run from 10:00am -1:50pm. Students will be assigned to visit the college/career fair continuously throughout this time, with the exception of a lunch break from 12-12:50pm. We will be providing lunch for up to two representatives, unless you purchased additional lunches. We expect at least 2200 students to attend the conference, so please make sure you bring enough materials. Thank you in advance for your participation. Your involvement will ensure that the César E. Unless pre-approved by the conference Planning Committee, CECLC prohibits the general sales of products or requesting donations from conference attendees.
