For the past twenty years Latino students from throughout the Willamette Valley have come together for this annual event in honor of César E. Chávez. The Conference began in 1990 with a small group of Portland Public School students. it has now grown to include schools from Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Linn, Benton, Marion, Lincoln, Polk, and Yamhill counties, making it the largest Latino Leadership Conference in the Pacific Northwest.

Our Mission
"To instill in our Latino(a) youth the value of education, which nurtures mind, body and spirit in order to develop a social consciousness that empowers them as leaders for social justice and civic responsibility in the greater community."
