Welcome to the César E. Chávez Student Leadership Conference website.  For the past twenty years Latino students from throughout the Willamette Valley have come together for this annual event in honor of César E. Chávez.  The Conference began in 1990 with a small group of Portland Public School students.  it is now grown to include schools from Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Linn, Benton, Marion, Lincoln, Polk, and Yamhill counties, making it the largest Latino Leadership Conference in the Pacific Northwest. 

Bienvenidos al sitio de la Conferencia Anual de Liderazgo César E. Chávez Para Estudiantes Latinos. Durante los últimos veinte años los estudiantes Latinos de todo el Valle de Willamette se han reunido para éste evento anual en honor a César E. Chávez. La conferencia comenzó en 1990 con un grupo de estudiantes del Distrito Público Escolar de Portland. Desde entonces ha crecido drasticamente, incluyendo a escuelas de los condados de Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Linn Benton, Marion, Lincoln, Polk, y Yamhill. Este año habrá más de 65 escuelas secundarias representadas y más de 1,300 estudiantes que participarán y convertirán la conferencia de liderazgo en él evento latino más grande del Noroeste.
